Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract and site management for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with service delivery specifications.
- Conduct regular client interactions to implement auditing programs that monitor standards and client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Keep the Operations Manager informed of any operational challenges that may affect contract retention, and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Control the financial performance of each contract in accordance with budgetary requirements, including:
(a) Staffing levels and pay rates
(b) Materials and equipment management
(c) Payroll processing
(d) Planning for staffing, equipment, and materials for periodic tasks.

- Mentor and manage the support team in your area.
- Ensure adequate supplies are available on-site.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, clearly communicating the company's standards.
- Address any disciplinary or grievance issues in accordance with company policies.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to cleaning staff and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety audits, payroll, service level indicators, and recruitment processes.
