About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the upkeep of the hotel and grounds
  • Ensure reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned
  • Carry out regular checks and testing to ensure the hotel is safe and functional at all times
  • Address any health and safety concerns with the utmost urgency

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance or facilities management experience
  • Standards driven
  • Strong compliance and legislation knowledge
  • Supervisory experience
  • Project management
  • Possess relevant qualifications (health & safety, trade qualifications)

About Us:

DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry is a 4*, 154-bedroom property located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel features the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
