We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Team Member to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks, ensuring a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out maintenance tasks and ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Deal with maintenance issues raised, prioritizing those that compromise Health & Safety and security.
  • Take initiative with a practical approach to problem-solving and demonstrate a high attention to detail.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous maintenance experience - any trade
  • Ability to take initiative with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of what good looks like
