About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic maintenance team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining world-class facilities and maximizing manufacturing efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line engineering maintenance support to our local maintenance operational team in FA2 Trim & Final Assembly Operations.
  • Support the team in adhering to standards and processes, roles and responsibilities, ensuring the highest delivery standards are achieved.
  • Participate in problem-solving, delivering root cause analysis to ensure sustained improvements in business performance.
  • Assist in the recovery of complex breakdowns, acting as the Mechanical Electrical Engineer under the Maintenance Group Leader.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance, break down response, lean improvements, and permanent fixes while concentrating focus on bottlenecks/constraints.
  • Analyze performance data and create plans to improve facility high hurts through effective root cause analysis.
  • Complete and document Preventive Maintenance inspections on assigned line as assigned by the maintenance leadership team.
Requirements
  • Conversant with high-speed automation.
  • Warehouse system knowledge and system overview.
  • Scheduling/sequenced systems.
  • Roller beds, Drop Sections & Conveyor systems.
  • Conversant with PRB rollers, belts, and weigh bridges.
  • Knowledge of scanners and safety fields.
