Residential Property Solicitor – Senior Associate Level

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Residential Property team at LDJ Solicitors.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing, preferably acquired at a single firm. They will be able to handle matters from initial instruction through to completion, possessing excellent client care and communication skills.

The successful candidate will work within a medium-sized conveyancing team consisting of experienced fee earners and support staff. They will be responsible for managing a caseload, meeting deadlines, and achieving fee income targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
  • Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion

  • Work collaboratively with the conveyancing team

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving fee income targets
