We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team at a "Good" Ofsted-rated Nursery in Radlett. This is a full-time Permanent position available to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children's learning and development in a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Provide pastoral care and encourage positive behaviour in children, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and well-being.
