Notre client est un concessionnaire automobile bien établi et respecté, avec plusieurs points de vente à travers l'Angleterre de l'Est, Londres et le Sud-Est.

Ils recherchent activement un Responsable d'Atelier pour leur concession automobile à New Southgate, Londres.

Vos responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé d'optimiser le rendement, la productivité et l'efficacité de l'atelier. Vous veillerez à un flux de travail interne fluide sans goulets d'étranglement et à établir une relation solide avec le département des ventes. Vous superviserez les travaux effectués sur le système de garantie et vous assurerez que les processus et procédures sont respectés.

Vous serez sans aucun doute un gestionnaire d'équipe expérimenté, passionné par la construction d'une excellente satisfaction client tout en favorisant l'expansion rentable de l'entreprise. En tant que manager axé sur le client, vous inspirerez votre équipe à fournir le meilleur service possible tout en veillant à ce que les objectifs de profit de l'entreprise soient atteints. Vous serez attendu pour renforcer l'équipe actuelle en offrant soutien, coaching et motivation à tous.

Exigences

Votre expérience

Pour ce poste, vous devez avoir les qualifications suivantes :

  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable d'Atelier dans l'industrie automobile.
  • Une bonne connaissance et compréhension de la législation sur la consommation, des pratiques commerciales et de la législation sur la santé et la sécurité.
  • Être financièrement avisé avec un bilan éprouvé d'atteinte des résultats.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication à tous les niveaux, combinées à un sens du détail et un esprit entrepreneurial fort.
  • Être prêt à aider dans tous les domaines de l'entreprise.
  • Permis de conduire valide et complet.
