About the Role
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum
  • The opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working from home
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shifts across Monday to Thursday and Friday
  • 28 days holiday entitlement, increasing to 31 days after 5 years
  • Pension scheme
