Position OverviewAs a Senior Psychiatric Consultant, you will be an integral part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Location: Burston House, Rectory Road, Burston
Division: Priory Group Healthcare
Salary: Competitive, up to £160,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:In this position, you will provide high-quality clinical care to patients with learning disabilities and associated mental health challenges. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with a skilled and established team that prioritizes excellence in patient care.
- Receiving support from senior management to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Utilizing dedicated administrative resources to enhance your efficiency.
- Participating in a non-residential on-call rota with minimal contact.
- Possession of a CCT or CESR.
- Approved clinician status.
- Experience in the field of learning disability psychiatry.
- Exhibit compassion and respect towards patients, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to inspire the team and foster a positive service culture.
- Understand restrictive practices and take informed risks within a supportive team framework.
- Commit to empowering patients in their recovery journeys and helping them achieve their potential.
