Job Title: Female Personal Care Assistant

Reporting to: Direct Payment Employer

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Personal Care Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to an individual in their home environment, assisting with various aspects of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with mealtimes.
  • Light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.
  • Supporting the individual's independence and promoting their well-being.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in providing personal care support is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the client's home.

Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour

Hours of Work: Up to 27 hours Monday – Friday and weekend mornings.
