We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director to lead our digital strategy, drive business growth, and build a high-performing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Scaling performance marketing across multiple channels and regions to drive business growth
  • Owning and optimizing customer behavior through the full funnel of acquisition and conversion
  • Delivering a best-in-class website conversion experience through testing and project management
  • Creating a best-in-class lifecycle marketing function to drive long-term customer value
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform business decisions and improve our data stack
  • Collaborating with the brand team to turn our purpose and brand identity into a competitive advantage
  • Developing and growing a lean, skilled, and focused growth team
  • Managing departmental budgets and providing strategic guidance on spend and resource allocation
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned Growth Marketing Director with:

  • Strong experience driving significant, sustained growth at DTC brands
  • Hands-on experience in Meta & Google ads, performance creative strategy, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to deliver big-picture strategy while getting hands-on to build things from the ground up
  • Experience managing high-performing teams, agencies, and working with senior leadership
  • Comfort working in a start-up environment, making data-driven decisions, and working lean and quickly with available resources
