Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to budget.
  • Manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with design teams and clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Produce, analyze, and interrogate project programs.
  • Control projects to financial budget and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Fully embrace the company's customer-centric approach to continually improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Office packages.
  • Hold a current SMSTS qualification.
  • High level of health and safety awareness.
  • Current First Aid and Scaffold Inspection Certificates.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in both refurbishment and new build projects.
  • IT literate with good contract administration skills.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to control and manage subcontractors.
  • Capable of programming projects and meeting program dates.
