About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Domestic Heating Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in installing low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and best practices in the field.
  • Review and collaborate on technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
  • Commission Air Source Heat Pumps with an electrician.
  • Lead a team, empowering them to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathway.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Experience in boiler installation and knowledge of air source heat pumps.
  • Ability to fault-find and design heating systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, CIBSE, and MCS standards.
