We are seeking a skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Installation Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive the global renewable energy revolution.
Key Responsibilities- Install low carbon technology in customers' homes, including Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with electricians to commission Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Lead a team and be responsible for your crew, empowering them to make on-the-fly decisions to do what's right for customers.
- Review and collaborate on technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
- Minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathway.
- Full, clean Driving Licence.
- Experience in the installation of boilers and knowledge of air source heat pumps.
- Knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault find.
- Domestic hot & cold water system knowledge.
- Experience of reviewing and challenging technical specifications & mechanical drawings.
- £38,000 basic plus overtime/on-call (£45,000 on-target earnings).
- £2,500 annual bonus.
- Training programme worth £7,000 at our state-of-the-art R&D centre.
