ENT Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Surgeon to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive general ENT service in a busy acute trust, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide independent decisions regarding patient treatment plans and carry out independent theatre sessions on a broad range of ENT conditions.
- Deal with difficult patients in an acute setting and manage patient expectations according to their treatment plan.
- Work collaboratively with our ENT teams to promote patient safety and research, and provide cover throughout the wider geographic area as needed.
