About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Surgeon to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. As a Consultant ENT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive general ENT service in a busy acute trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatment plans
  • Carry out independent theatre sessions on a broad range of ENT conditions
  • Deal with difficult patients in an acute setting and manage patient expectations
  • Participate in the creation of a dynamic department and contribute to the development of new services
  • Work collaboratively with the ENT teams at Mid and South Essex Trust
Requirements
  • Fully registered with the GMC
  • Experience in general ENT and skills in Rhinology
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
