Job Title: Registered Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Case Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Registered Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex care packages and ensuring the highest standards of care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of running complex care packages, ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated standards.
  • Travel between care packages from Hartlepool to Lincoln three days a week, with two days working from home.
  • Attend monthly visits to the Nottingham head office to ensure alignment and collaboration with the wider team.
  • Promote a supportive environment and high standards of professional practice.
  • Lead by example and cover shift shortfalls when required.
  • Participate in local authority provider and engagement forums.
  • Liaise with commissioners, safeguarding boards, and specialist professionals.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Be approachable and supportive, fostering open communication.
  • Make fair and assertive decisions confidently.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show consistency and reliability in management practices.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, willing to cover shifts and travel as needed.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).
