Job Title: Exhibitor Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Exhibitor Relations Manager to join our team. As the primary contact for galleries, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of their participation in our art fairs, including applications, selection, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the application process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with galleries
  • Organize and attend selection committee meetings to review gallery applications
  • Release application results and coordinate subsequent meetings with galleries
  • Support the fair floor plan process, working closely with the production team and stand builders
  • Coordinate the launch of the Exhibitor Manual and manage stand plan processing
  • Manage print and online materials for exhibitors, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
  • Prepare for the exhibitor onsite experience, maintaining high-quality customer service
  • Manage the Exhibitor Desk and temporary staff team during the fair
  • Coordinate post-fair communication and contribute to post-fair debriefs
Liaising with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with the digital and data teams to manage and develop digital platforms, including Sugar CRM and the Frieze Portal
  • Supply information to the content and press teams for inclusion in fair promotional materials
  • Proof-read exhibitor sections of fair promotional materials
  • Coordinate gallery invoicing with the finance department
  • Support directors and curators with gallery cultivation, research, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate the production of curated sections
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Korean
  • Solid experience working with art galleries and client-facing development experience
  • Knowledge of the art world
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Team player, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving
  • Experience delivering complex and ambitious projects
  • Experience handling difficult conversations with clients and colleagues
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent, London Surrey Street
  • Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
  • International travel required to attend Frieze fairs and meet clients/prospects
  • Flexibility and longer hours often required
