Kenton Black is seeking a highly experienced Regional HSE Advisor to join our team in Suffolk/North Essex. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of residential projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with site-based management to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
- Provide expert advice on project-specific health, safety, and environmental issues to sites.
- Identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Contribute to the development of a safety culture across the site portfolio in the region.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from site personnel to senior management.
- Design and deliver bespoke training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of site staff.
- Advise on Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction or General qualification (essential).
- Safety and Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ) (desirable).
- Proven experience in construction projects and associated hazards (essential).
- Experience in housebuilding (desirable).
