Job Description:

Mpeople Recruitment North West is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our client's team in Rochdale. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of new and existing claims, providing excellent customer service to clients, and working closely with referrers to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take details of new claims and manage a caseload of existing claims
  • Liaise with referrers and build relationships to ensure excellent customer service
  • Investigate and identify potential fraudulent cases
  • Provide a consistent high level of service to clients

Requirements:

  • Motor Claims experience preferred
  • Credit hire experience preferred but not essential
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the ABI GTA preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Proficiency in Pro Claim system preferred but not essential
