Our parking enforcement division is committed to delivering effective civil enforcement actions that promote the smooth flow of traffic and optimize parking availability. By educating the public and enforcing regulations, we strive to enhance compliance and facilitate convenient access to parking for residents, visitors, and businesses alike.

The appointed Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, ensuring that enforcement activities are conducted fairly and consistently across the area. This leadership position requires a proactive approach to managing daily operations and supporting the Senior Supervisors in maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a role model for Civil Enforcement Officers, demonstrating commitment to service excellence.
  • Facilitating the efficient delivery of parking enforcement services.
  • Managing the deployment of Civil Enforcement Officers to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintaining accurate records for various stakeholders.

As part of our team, you will be expected to uphold exceptional customer service standards while maximizing the operational effectiveness of on-street enforcement.

Qualifications Required:

  • Possession of a valid UK, EU, or Automatic driving license.
  • Certification as a qualified Civil Enforcement Officer.
