About the Role:

The Events Sales Coordinator is a key position within Amano Operations Ltd, responsible for driving revenue growth through the exclusive hire of our two bars. This role requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships with clients and guests to deliver exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the exclusive event hire diary to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Arrange and conduct event space show rounds to showcase our facilities
  • Support senior hotel management in planning and executing key events
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Ensure complete administration and execution of all planned events

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Liaising with the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Confident telephone manner
  • High level of IT skills
  • Numerate
