Job Description

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for residents.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in care management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
