The Supply Chain Operations Leader is ultimately accountable for guaranteeing the seamless supply of products to fulfill orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing costs.

We seek your previous logistics expertise to ensure the entire operation runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and nurture warehouse personnel.
  • Operational Management: Oversee warehouse functions, including maintenance, Health & Safety, cost oversight, and KPI management.
  • Fleet Management: Administer a fleet of 150 vehicles, ensuring adherence to Working Time regulations.
  • Budget and Inventory Control: Oversee budgets and stock adjustments to guarantee efficient and cost-effective product supply.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: At least two years in a large-scale logistics setting.
  • Compliance: Proficient in managing third-party hauliers, compliance, and legislation.
  • People Management: Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Budget Management: Experienced in budget oversight and working towards KPIs.
  • Commercial Awareness: Capable of identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Strategic Implementation: Skilled in translating strategy into operational practices.
  • Proactive Leadership: Able to deliver precise results and reports.
  • Team Player: Adaptable and collaborative.
