About the Role

The Danos Group is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join their lean compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's regulatory reporting obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's EMEA post-trade obligations, staying up-to-date with EMEA regulatory reporting requirements and developments.
  • Support pre-trade activities during the EMEA time zone, coordinating with global teams to ensure seamless coverage for investment teams.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in London, understanding, anticipating, and responding to their business needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in shareholder disclosures/threshold reporting.
  • Proficiency in working with systems such as Blackrock Aladdin, ThinkFolio, Charles River, and Sentinel.
  • Broad guideline monitoring/investment compliance experience is a plus.
