Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic London-based team at Cast Consultancy. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day cost management services for our clients across chosen projects.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from acquisition to practical completion.
  • Develop and manage junior resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality cost management services.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks.
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working in the UK construction industry.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior resources.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cost management services, including cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services.
  • MRICS or other relevant business discipline qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of the key drivers of residential cost and value.
