Job Title: Office & Transport Administrator

CSS Recycling, the leading processor and recycler of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the UK, is seeking an experienced Office & Transport Team Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to assist the Office & Transport Manager in daily operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and record holiday requisitions
  • Monitor Stock Room levels
  • Handle telephone and e-mail queries
  • Assist with daily office operations as required
  • Update weekly transport and despatch schedules in Excel
  • Liaise with existing CSS customers to manage transport bookings & requirements
  • Liaise with CSS own transport fleet and 3rd party providers
  • Manage and track all fleet, 3rd party & fuel costs
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English minimum
  • 2-year minimum experience in an office environment
  • Experience within an account's office an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
