About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Assessments Division, where you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals with disabilities or health conditions, producing factual reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining their eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
  • Listen to customers' experiences, ask questions, and use your insights to produce accurate reports.
  • Work with a diverse range of cases and conditions, using your clinical knowledge to deliver high-quality assessments.
  • Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and respectful service delivery.
