People Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and immediately available People Manager to join our fast-paced organisation within the transport & logistics sector.

The role will be based out of our corporate headquarters and will support the Head Office, Transport, Solutions & Optimisation functions. The People Manager will provide strategic and tactical HR expertise for these core client groups across head office functions for a population of around 350 FTE reporting into the Senior People Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, support and deliver the tactical, transactional and strategic agenda across head office.
  • Provide guidance, advice and coaching on all aspects of policy and process with a strength around employee relations and employment law.
  • Work on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication and performance whilst ensuring alignment to employment policies, processes and regulation.
  • Support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, learning and organisational change.
  • Work in collaboration with the broader People function to drive cohesive and aligned strategies.
  • Drive organisational change through the business with a clear and impactful change process.
  • Analyse data and trends to develop people insights and influence change.
  • Work on ad hoc projects aligned to the people agenda as required.
