About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Flying Instructor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight instruction to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver flight instruction to clients in a safe and effective manner
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet client needs
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure seamless delivery of training programs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Flying Instructor with experience in MoD, Defence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on-site 5 days a week
