Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing inventory and organizing warehouse space by effectively utilizing storage solutions.
  • Support the loading and unloading of substantial or heavy equipment utilized in warehouse operations and exhibitions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, tracking purchase orders, and general office management.
  • Coordinate the setup of meetings and training sessions, including the provision of refreshments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace, ensuring all housekeeping duties are performed regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols for all visitors, staff, and contractors.
  • Secure all tools, machinery, and vehicles within the facility.
