Position: Culinary Specialist for Hospitality

  • Design and execute daily meal plans for hotel patrons, featuring breakfast and dinner options.
  • Ensure the kitchen environment is maintained in a clean and hygienic manner.
  • Manage inventory by rotating and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support fellow chefs with food preparation and service duties.
  • Uphold exceptional standards in the kitchen, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts.
  • Possession of a Level 2 food hygiene certification is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required, along with the capability to perform under pressure.

This position is temporary, intended to cover holiday periods for approximately six weeks, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role for the right individual. Flexibility in work hours is necessary to accommodate operational requirements.

Work shifts will vary, including early mornings and evenings, organized over a five-day schedule within a seven-day week, including weekends.
