About the Role

Grafis Masa Kini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of visual concepts and designs that align with our company's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual strategies that drive business results
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes
  • Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Creative Director in a similar industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and strategy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
