About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Electricity North West. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business change and improvement across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and analyze business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and specifications for IT projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior management on business strategy and operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business change management plans and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on business analysis techniques and tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business drivers and priorities.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping and requirements gathering.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 to £46,000, plus a range of benefits, including an annual bonus scheme, private healthcare, and a contributory pension scheme.
