Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at The Accountants Recruiter. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service standards and ensuring their needs are met.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and produce accurate financial reports and statements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, managing and motivating the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations, providing solutions and recommendations to resolve complex problems.
- Qualifications: ACCA or ACA qualification, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a similar role at an accounting firm, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and systems, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Competitive Salary: Starting at £45k or more depending on experience.
- Flexible Working Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
