The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team of superheroes at Smyths Toys Superstores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring customers' needs and wants are met.
- Work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Pack shelves and merchandise, and work on the tills to process sales and handle customer transactions.
- Learn about and keep up to date with our products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Previous retail experience, particularly in areas such as outdoor, nursery, software, and gaming, is highly desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
