About the Role
We are seeking a skilled 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to support our Service Centre operations, delivering quality products and services to our customers on time, every time.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting a wide range of plant hire equipment, from excavators and telehandlers to generators and scissor lifts, to various locations across the country.
You will also be required to demonstrate how to operate the equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. To achieve this, you will undergo comprehensive training and development, including our company induction and Sunbelt Driver Training course.
We are looking for a driver with a strong commitment to customer service and a flexible approach to work. You will be an effective team player, able to build good relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a fully competent driving licence (category B) and a clean driving record. A licence category E with Driver CPC and Digital Driver Card would be desirable, and training may be available.
You will also need to have good communication skills, with the ability to represent Sunbelt Rentals in a positive manner. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential, as you will be required to comply with H&S legislation and Sunbelt Rentals health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
