Position Overview: We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of Liberty Financial Services (LFS). This leadership role is pivotal in defining the financial strategy and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all new sales agreements to ensure long-term profitability.
- Analyze financial performance metrics to enhance profitability, identifying areas for cost reduction and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with LFS Managing Directors to refine the commercial pricing strategy.
- Lead the accounting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the entire LFS MD population, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Present financial insights to the Group CFO, serving as the financial expert for LFS.
- Facilitate financial discussions in potential mergers and acquisitions to validate commercial viability and profitability pathways.
- Engage with various functions, including M&A and Strategy, to promote sustainable growth.
- Conduct regular reviews of expenditures and guide purchasing decisions across departments.
- Identify and implement technologies to improve reporting and forecasting capabilities, utilizing real-time data.
- Employ predictive analytics to foster growth, uncover operational opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Inspire a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture, encouraging adaptability and challenging conventional practices.
- Promote a commercial mindset where cost implications and revenue opportunities are consistently evaluated.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to LFS management teams, fostering a proactive approach to maximize opportunities.

- Experience in senior financial roles, particularly at the VP level.
