Who We Are

Born Social is a full-service social media agency designed for the new era of advertising.

As a Senior Media Planner, you'll lead on creating media strategies on accounts and delivering media plans for clients. You'll be responsible for taking overall account strategies and turning them into client media plans that are designed to hit clients' objectives.

  • Team Leadership: You'll have the opportunity to lead and develop our team of planners, building on the team output of successful ideas and industry-leading plans.
  • Budget Planning & KPI Setting: Looking at the client brief and selecting the right metrics to focus on to deliver desired outcomes, and allocating media budgets to the chosen platforms across the funnel to deliver on these KPIs.
  • Content Planning: Working alongside strategy and creative teams to help develop social-first content ideas and communicate how to execute them across your plan.
  • Creating Account Measurement Frameworks & Reporting: Recommending a way of measuring the work that allows us to prove the impact of the work we are doing for clients, and sometimes delivering reporting for clients to understand their impact against these frameworks.
  • Driving New Business: Both through pitch work and on our existing clients, you'll have the opportunity to grow our team's portfolio of clients with new and exciting brands.

You have 3 or more years of experience working with paid media (agency-side preferable) with loads of experience creating media plans for both brand and e-commerce clients and ensuring their accurate delivery.

You have hands-on experience building campaigns on Meta and TikTok and have had exposure to other platforms like Google AdWords, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Spotify, and Pinterest.

You're confident with numbers: This is a data-driven pursuit and you must be happy with looking at a table of figures, and spreadsheets and creating graphs and be able to tell insightful trends from what you see.

You're a collaborator and have experience working with multiple stakeholders to ensure media is considered from strategy into delivery.

You're confident presenting your ideas and get a kick out of helping others understand the intricacies of media planning.
