Ryder Reid Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal to join its team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Immigration Partner to provide support on a range of business and private immigration matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

Immigration Application Support

• Complete complex immigration applications, including start-up, skilled worker, EU settlement scheme applications, and British Citizen applications.

Representation and Advocacy

• Draft representations and submissions to UK Visas and Immigration.

Appeals and Administrative Support

• Prepare immigration appeals and provide general administrative support, including electronic and paper filing.

Team Collaboration

• Support the Employment team on an ad-hoc basis when required.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a law degree and ideally 2 years of prior immigration experience. Strong communication skills and a keen interest in immigration law are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in immigration law. The role will require office working 4 days per week and 1 day from home.
