Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Finance Administrator to oversee the daily financial operations. The selected candidate will be integral in maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial processes, thus contributing to the sustained success of this family-oriented business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in creating financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain precise and current records of all financial activities.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Support the Finance Manager with audits, tax filings, and financial analysis.
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial issues.
- Assist in the implementation and management of financial systems and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
- A solid background in finance or accounting with relevant experience in a similar position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
