Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and resolve issues related to transaction reports, data checks, and liaison with operations teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for issues or queries referred to colleagues in operations.
  • Draft Errors and Omissions reports for Compliance and plan re-reports.
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Reporting Working Group to create and monitor transaction reports.
  • Test software changes, fixes, and enhancements to the core system ahead of release into production.
  • Manage data flows with third-party reconciliation partners for accuracy testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes that impact the business and escalate to management as required.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual with experience in transaction reporting frameworks and managing change. Ideally, you will have worked in a private client investment management business and be proficient in Excel, with experience in working with and manipulating large data sets. You should be able to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion, identify and implement continuous improvement of operational processes, and be flexible to the changing needs of the business and regulatory environments.
