Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our airline customers and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with the Training Administrator to ensure smooth training operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aviation training and quality control.
