Job Summary:

Gratte Brothers Group is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSEQ) department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report to the HSEQ Director and be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular health and safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Investigating incidents and conducting root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.
  • Providing expert advice to management and employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance health and safety awareness and skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of the 18th edition electrical safety regulations.
  • Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
