We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Dudley (Kingswinford) Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your passion for customer service to make a real difference to our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Make a positive impact on our guests' experiences through your friendly and approachable nature.
