We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Dudley (Kingswinford) Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Make a positive impression with our guests from the moment they check in
  • Support the team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
