This organization manages a diverse range of electrical and fire safety initiatives for various clients in the residential and commercial sectors. The primary focus of this role will be overseeing daily electrical maintenance, upgrades, and inspections for residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of electricians and supervisors executing electrical repair and upgrade projects.
- Conduct EICR assessments, remediation tasks, and installations of lateral mains and AOV systems, among other responsibilities.
- Utilize appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot issues within properties.
- Perform quality assurance evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in training sessions offered by the organization.
As a leader, you will be expected to guide and support your team effectively, providing training and assistance on all electrical assignments.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background as a NICEIC Supervisor or Contract Manager within the property services or housing industry, demonstrating the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
