Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Events Director to join our team at Euro London Appointments. As a bilingual (English and French) Events Director, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle events delivery for virtual, on-site, and hybrid events. You will work closely with the sales team and production manager to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle of event delivery, including event planning, logistics, and stage management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the production manager to ensure event execution meets client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Travel to France and the USA a few times per year for client meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
- 10 years' experience in corporate events management.
- Agency experience, professional services, or working with a portfolio of multiple events at a time.
- Availability to attend events outside of office hours.
