Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Support Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and suppliers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process written and verbal orders onto our Sage software system, becoming an expert in its usage.
  • Monitor Sage usage, ensuring all orders are entered on the correct account and processed correctly.
  • Act as the first point of contact, dealing with customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
  • Become proficient in our EDI system for retail orders, including orders placed and ongoing orders.
  • Complete spreadsheets accurately and efficiently using MS Excel.
  • Take incoming calls and forward them to the correct department.
Requirements:
  • Numerate and literate skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • PC literate, with experience in Excel.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to drive or live nearby to our office.
