POSITION SUMMARY


Cammach Bryant is seeking a skilled HR Operations Supervisor to lead our HR Administration team of 12 professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of efficient, timely, and precise HR transactional support throughout the organization.

We welcome candidates with a background in professional HR roles, particularly those with supervisory experience. However, this position may also appeal to individuals with operational HR experience who are eager to transition into a supervisory capacity.

This dynamic role demands exceptional organizational abilities, supervisory expertise, and a passion for delivering results. A proactive mindset is essential, as is the ability to foster innovation and build meaningful relationships across various departments.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the HR administration function, supported by 2 Senior HR Administrators, ensuring that all tasks are executed to a high standard throughout the employee lifecycle.

Facilitate the effective organization of all HR activities, ensuring compliance with management systems, professional tools, and established policies.

Serve as a subject matter expert, offering support and guidance on all HR-related matters to the team, while actively participating in service delivery as needed.

Provide direction, support, and coaching to direct reports, focusing on the continuous development of internal capabilities.

Regularly communicate feedback to the HR Manager, identifying and addressing potential service delivery issues.

Collaborate effectively with all business stakeholders and HR colleagues.

Ensure that UK HR policies, processes, and systems are consistently reviewed and maintained within the Business Management System.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Educated to degree level or possess relevant experience.
CIPD qualified or equivalent.
Proven experience in effectively overseeing, motivating, and developing a team with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation.
Experience in implementing policy and process enhancements.
Highly organized with the capability to prioritize, delegate, and manage a diverse range of tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate effective relationships across the organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable approach with a customer-centric focus.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and people management systems (preferably SAP).
A role model of organizational behaviors and values.
